Prices and Conditions

All products shown on the website are considered available for immediate delivery, unless otherwise explicitly stated. In the event of a temporary shortage or delay of a product, the buyer will be promptly notified by email or telephone. However, Cuoieriashop.com reserves the right not to complete the order without assuming any liability and without this giving rise to any obligation of compensation towards the buyer. The sales contract is considered confirmed by the buyer upon completion of the online purchase process. However, for Cuoieriashop.com the contract is considered concluded only once the shipment has taken place and the customer has been notified by a specific confirmation email. Anything not specified herein is governed by Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999, which regulates distance contracts, i.e. those concluded outside commercial premises. If the order has already been shipped, order return fees will apply and will be deducted from the amount paid (see the returns and refunds section).
