All transactions are processed through a secure server, ensuring maximum data protection for CUOIERIASHOP customers.
CUOIERIASHOP Customer Service staff are never authorised to request or accept credit card numbers and/or expiry details.
To ensure greater protection for e-commerce purchases, CUOIERIASHOP recommends that customers sign up for the Verified By Visa or Mastercard Securecode services, requesting a security PIN code with which to make purchases with complete peace of mind.

If existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly.

You can choose to pay in cash on delivery by selecting Cash on Delivery as your payment method. The cash on delivery service carries a surcharge of €3.50, which will be added to the order total once this payment method is selected. The courier accepts only cash as a cash-on-delivery payment method.

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, once the order is completed you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing CUOIERIASHOP's bank details; the goods will then be set aside pending receipt of the transfer. You must include the order number in the payment reference.
If CUOIERIASHOP does not receive payment within 10 days, the order will be cancelled.
We will ship your order once the transfer has reached our bank account.
This payment method is not available for all destinations; please check its availability in your cart at checkout.

By choosing PayPal as your payment method, you can pay directly through your PayPal account. CUOIERIASHOP reserves the right to ship goods only to the address indicated on the verified PayPal account.

How does Scalapay work? Scalapay lets you pay for your order in 3 interest-free instalments, in complete safety. Select Scalapay as your payment method at checkout. After confirming your order details, you will be asked to log in to your Scalapay account to complete payment. If you don't have one, you can create it from the Scalapay login page before completing your order. Add a debit, credit or prepaid card from which the instalments will be taken. You can choose to pay with Scalapay for orders up to €750 (including any shipping costs). Wait for payment approval; once received, you will pay the first instalment when the order is finalised, and the following instalments will be charged over the next two months. An email will remind you when each instalment is due.

Instalment due dates

The first instalment is charged immediately at the time of purchase. The remaining 2 instalments will be charged monthly.

• First instalment: at the time of purchase
• Second instalment: 1 month from the date of purchase
• Third and final instalment: 2 months from the date of purchase.

Scalapay will notify you a few days before each instalment is due, via SMS and email. If one or more of the scheduled instalments are not paid correctly by the due date, a late payment fee will be charged. If you have not made the payment by the due date and the automatic payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:

• Payment made by the due date = no additional cost!
• Payment made more than 1 day late = up to €6 in additional costs
• Payment made more than 1 week late = a further €6 (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of €12 per payment).

The total cost of fees cannot exceed 15% of the loan value (second and third instalments).

To use Scalapay, you must link a payment method to your account. Instalments will be charged automatically to your default method.

Scalapay accepts all major VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit, debit and prepaid cards.
