Return your item in 3 simple steps: fill in the return form below, pack your return making sure the parcel is well sealed (you can also use the original shipping box), print the pre-filled shipping label we'll send you by email, and drop off the parcel at a collection point near you.

Please include the RECEIPT included with your order in the return parcel, without the receipt it will not be possible to issue a credit note and the related refund.

Note: returned products must be new, unused and with all tags and accessories present at the time of receipt. You can request a return within 60 days of the order's delivery date. The refund will be issued within 14 working days of receiving the parcel, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 on the Right of Withdrawal, which sets a 14 calendar day term for refunding the customer. Return costs for refund requests are €5.90, charged to the customer and deducted from the total order refund; shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fees are excluded from the refund for orders under €89.

Free returns in case of item exchange: once you have requested the return, you can choose to exchange the item for a different size or for another product of your choice on the site. If you'd rather wait for new collections to arrive, you can choose a voucher valid for 24 months from the date of receipt, which can also be used in several instalments.
