How to measure your foot
Over the course of the day the foot tends to expand slightly as circulation increases. It is therefore essential that the toes have enough room to move freely without touching the front of the shoe. We recommend adding one centimetre to your foot measurement and consulting the size conversion chart to find the most suitable size.
For an accurate measurement, it is best to measure in the afternoon, when the feet are at their most expanded. Stand on a solid floor and place a sheet of white paper under your foot, making sure your weight is evenly distributed. Measure the length from the back of the sheet, at the heel, to the longest point of the foot, which varies from person to person. Measure this distance with a ruler or tape measure and note it in centimetres.
