Return your product in 3 simple steps: fill in the return form below, pack your return making sure the parcel is well sealed (you can also use the original shipping box), print the pre-filled shipping label we will send you by email, and drop the parcel off at a collection point near you.
Please include the RECEIPT from your order with the return, without the receipt it will not be possible to issue a credit note and the related refund.
Please note: returned products must be new, unused and with all tags and accessories present as received. You can activate a return within 60 days of the order's delivery date. The refund will be sent within 14 working days of receiving the parcel, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 on the Right of Withdrawal, which sets the correct term of 14 calendar days within which to refund the customer.
