Returns and Refunds
- Request must be received within 30 days from the merchandise's delivery date.
- Item(s) must be shipped within 14 days from the return's request date.
- Item(s) MUST have their security tag attached, original receipt and in perfect conditions, otherwise item(s) will be automatically refused.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust-bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

Return and Refund:
To Return an Item is very simple, customers only need to contact our team by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com asking for return rules. Shipping costs are not included in the refund. All instructions will be given through email to customers that need more information on this service.
Refunds: We will refund your returned item(s) as soon as possible (max 7 days after receiving your return).
We refund directly original payment, in case of Credit Card payment the processing time may vary by Credit Card company (anyway we will start refund process within 5 days). Shipping costs, eventual custom fees and Fedex processing fees are not included in the refund.
